Peak Performance Helicopters is a family-owned helicopter operation founded in 2023 in the Rocky Mountains. Built from more than a decade of aviation experience and a lifelong passion for flight, Peak Performance was created to bring professional, capable, and personal helicopter services to the communities and industries of the West.
From helping someone take the controls for the first time to supporting demanding agricultural and utility operations, we believe the versatility of the helicopter creates opportunities unlike any other aircraft.
Our Story
Peak Performance Helicopters was founded by a locally trained pilot who built his career flying helicopters in a wide range of environments and operations.
With more than 10 years of aviation experience, our owner and operator has served as a Certified Flight Instructor–Instrument (CFII), flown Grand Canyon air tours with landings inside the canyon, completed aerial application and crop-dusting operations, performed external-load work, mustered cattle, and flown private charter missions for high-profile executives.
His experience also includes professional photography flights and special-event flights for weddings, birthdays, and other memorable occasions.
That diverse background became the foundation for Peak Performance Helicopters.
Rather than specializing in only one corner of aviation, we built Peak Performance around what makes helicopters extraordinary in the first place—their versatility. One aircraft can be a classroom, a means of transportation, a tool for agriculture, an essential part of a remote jobsite, or the beginning of an unforgettable experience.

The Rocky Mountains aren't simply where we operate—they're where our aviation experience began.
Flying in the West demands respect for changing weather, elevation, rugged terrain, and remote environments. Those experiences have shaped the way we approach every mission: with preparation, sound judgment, professionalism, and respect for the aircraft and the environment in which we operate.
Today, Peak Performance brings that experience to flight training, charter and experiences, agricultural operations, cattle mustering, utility and external-load work, photography flights, and specialized helicopter missions.

Helicopters have been at the center of our story from the beginning. In fact, we met in a helicopter, and aviation has been a part of our life together ever since.
What started as a career in aviation grew into a shared passion and, eventually, a vision for something of our own. In 2023, we founded Peak Performance Helicopters with the goal of building a company that reflects the way we believe aviation should be done—with experience, professionalism, hard work, and a genuine love of flying.
Today, Peak Performance is truly a family operation. Helicopters aren't simply our business; they're part of our story, our livelihood, and the life we've built together.
